With rain in our forecast, it is a great time to teach the kids about rainbows. At Happy Hall, we always try to create activities that are hands on and play based. Here is an activity that will be a great way to reinforce the colors of the rainbow in a fun and interactive way. This rainbow scavenger hunt will get the kids moving around the house, practicing their colors and will help them learn about which colors are in the rainbow. Once they find something with the color that is on the sheet, please remind them to ether put an x or color in the box. This step will help to engage those fine motor skills. Have fun!
This activity can be adapted for children of any age.
