I am hereby informing Happy Hall Schools of the withdrawal of my child:
I understand that by submitting this form, I am officially withdrawing my child from Happy Hall Schools, and that I will be charged my current tuition for 30 days from the date of submission, even if my child does not attend. Withdrawals are only considered valid if submitted via this form.
