EXPERIENCED STAFF
At Happy Hall, our exceptional team is the heart of our before and after-school programs. We pride ourselves on having experienced program leaders and staff with notably low turnover, ensuring your child sees the same caring faces every day. This consistency is key to creating a warm, familiar environment where every student feels secure and understood. Inclusivity and kindness define our approach, laying the foundation for social and emotional growth. Our team is dedicated to building a community where every child feels included, respected, and valued, which is essential for developing confidence and social skills. Safety is our utmost priority. All of our staff are CPR & First Aid Certified and undergo continuous training throughout the year. This commitment keeps us prepared and ensures we’re always following the latest in child care and educational best practices. Choosing Happy Hall means entrusting your child to a team that’s not just skilled in care and education but deeply invested in creating a nurturing environment for your child to thrive.
HEARTY SNACKS
We understand the importance of nutrition in supporting the growth and energy levels of our students. That's why we provide nutritious and hearty snacks each day, designed to keep children focused, energized, and ready to learn. Snack time is more than just a break; it's a vital opportunity for students to forge social connections with their peers and to learn about responsibility in a communal setting. Additionally, we integrate cooking and baking activities into our snack routines, transforming these moments into interactive science lessons. Through these hands-on activities, children not only learn about the ingredients and the process of making food but also gain an appreciation for the science behind cooking. This approach encourages curiosity, fosters a sense of achievement, and enhances their understanding of nutrition, all while enjoying delicious, healthy snacks.
