Happy December, Happy Hall families! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and is looking forward to the holiday season. As we enter December, we’re excited to celebrate the warmth of our community and all the special activities and events planned to make this month memorable.
Program Highlights
Engagement Activities
This month, our after-school program at Sunset Ridge will embrace the magic of winter. We’ll explore "Winter Weather and Celebrations," marking Theme 6 of our curriculum. Students will enjoy a variety of winter-themed activities, including creating snowflake art, building mini snowmen, making holiday cards, and decorating for the season. These hands-on experiences not only enrich our STEAM curriculum but also encourage creativity, teamwork, and community spirit as we celebrate the season of giving.
Student Achievements
Congratulations to our Student of the Month for December! Marcelina Camacho received the “Kindness Ambassador” award for her thoughtfulness and willingness to help her peers. Great job, Marcelina!
Community Events
Winter Camp at Ocean Shore: Join us for two fun-filled camp sessions with hands-on activities, building cozy creations, and frosty science experiments.
