Director's Message
As we enter May, our final month together, it's hard to believe how quickly this incredible year at Happy Hall has flown by. From the laughter and learning to the growth and unforgettable moments, each student has made this year truly special. Watching them blossom into confident, curious, and kind individuals has been the greatest joy. Let’s cherish these last few weeks together and celebrate all we’ve accomplished!
Program Highlights
Engagement Activities
This month, we’re excited to explore our final theme of the year: “Celebration!” It’s a time to honor the progress and accomplishments we’ve achieved and to appreciate the friendships that have blossomed throughout our journey. Let’s end the year on a joyful note, reflecting on all that we’ve shared and achieved together.
Community Events
We will be closed May 26 for Memorial Day
We will be hosting our end of the year celebration on Wednesday, May 28 from 2 PM - 4 PM. We will be serving Mac and Cheese, fruit salad, and other treats. We will also be having a friendly water balloon fight! If you do not want your child to participate, alternative snacks and activities will be provided.
Our last day will be Friday, May 30. Since students will be released at 12:18 PM, our team wanted to have a Picnic in the Park! We will be at Central Park by the Rec Center from 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM. We will serve chips, treats, with fresh veggies and fruits. If you do not want your child to participate, alternative snacks and activities will be provided.
Participation forms for the water balloon fight and picnic will be sent in the following weeks so stay tuned!

Reminders
This is a friendly reminder to review the Happy Hall policies. Understanding these guidelines helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
To ensure child safety, your child must check in no later than 10 minutes after the bell rings. If they need to talk to their teacher after school, please remind your child to tell one of our teachers first.
Please notify us if your child will be absent from the program for the day. You can send an email to taylormiddle@happyhall.com, call/text 650.609.1117, or notify us through the 1CORE app.
Lastly, please complete our Walk-Home Authorization Form for the following:
If you want your child to walk home after sign-out
If you would like for your child to meet you in the parking lot for pick-up
If your child will be leaving early/coming in late from an on-campus extracurricular activity
Looking Ahead
As we wrap up this incredible school year, we want to thank our students and families for being such an essential part of a year filled with growth, learning, and unforgettable moments. It’s been amazing to watch our community come together, support one another, and celebrate so many accomplishments. As summer begins, we wish everyone a season full of fun and relaxation.
