Eligibility and Funding

We are proud to offer the Expanded Learning Program at Lomita Park at no cost to all our students. As a Title 1 School, every student at Lomita Park qualifies to participate in this enriching after-school experience without any fees.

​

Why is it Free?

The funding from the ASES Grant and ELO-P removes the financial barriers to access. It ensures that every child at Lomita Park has the chance to benefit from additional learning and growth outside regular school hours.

Critical Attendance Guidelines

To maintain our funding and continue offering this valuable program at no cost, we must adhere to strict attendance guidelines set by the ASES Grant. These guidelines are fundamental to our operation and are key to our program’s success and sustainability.

​

Key Attendance Policies:

  • Students are expected to attend every day that school is in session.

  • Students participating in Before School are expected to arrive by 7:30 AM.

  • Students participating in After School are expected to stay until 5:30 PM.

REGISTRATION

STEP 1: SUBMIT REGISTRATION REQUEST​

STEP 2: DIRECTOR REVIEW

  • The program directors will review your registration request.

  • If there is space available, you will receive an Enrollment Offer email to complete the registration process.

  • If there is not space, you will be notified and placed on the waitlist. You will be notified when a space opens up.

​

STEP 3: COMPLETE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Click the link in the email and complete the following info:

  • Child Details: Update or add General/Authorization Questions, Allergies, Special Diets, Medication, Authorized Pickup.

  • Sign Documents: Electronically sign Licensing Forms and Happy Hall documents.

  • Family Portal: New families will be prompted to create a Family Portal Account.
