Director
Holding an AA in Early Childhood Development from Chabot Community College, Annie has dedicated herself to childcare since 1999. She started in before and aftercare for grades K-5 and later transitioned to preschool in Castro Valley. After moving to San Bruno, she joined Happy Hall and has now been with us for over 14 years, working in classrooms from toddler to TK. Now as the School Age Director, Annie has implemented curriculums to cater to children's unique needs and promote academic skills. She frequently attends trainings to stay updated in the ECE field and plays a pivotal role as a mentor teacher for San Mateo county, guiding aspiring educators. In her free time, Annie loves being with her family, supporting her children in their sports events.

Teacher
Tess brings over 40 years of experience to her role in the field of early childhood education, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds. Her journey with TTT began in 2015, initially on a part-time basis. However, her passion and dedication to the profession led her to transition to a full-time position by 2017, reflecting her deep-seated commitment to education and her desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of children. Tess holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Education, credentials that underscore her expertise and her continuous pursuit of knowledge in her field. This academic background, combined with her extensive experience, positions her as a valued educator and mentor within the community. In 2024, Tess took a significant step forward in her career by joining Happy Hall, where she continues to apply her vast knowledge and experience. Her role at Happy Hall is not just a job but a continuation of her life's work, contributing to the nurturing and educational environment that Happy Hall prides itself on. Outside of her professional life, Tess enjoys engaging in activities such as reading and crocheting, hobbies that allow her to relax and recharge. These interests not only provide her with personal fulfillment but also enrich her teaching, as she brings the patience and creativity from her hobbies into the classroom. Additionally, Tess is CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring that she is prepared to provide a safe and supportive environment for all children under her care. Her comprehensive approach to education, combining academic excellence with a nurturing demeanor, makes Tess an invaluable asset to Happy Hall and the many lives she touches.
