We are thrilled to welcome you to the Happy Hall School Monthly Newsletter! As we transitioned into September, we are excited to share with you all the exciting happenings, achievements, and important information from our school community.

Upcoming Events

Mark your calendars for these exciting events happening September to October.

  • Back to School Night | Friday, September 15

    • Event will take place via Google Meet. Times vary by classroom.

    • Sign up for your child’s class HERE.

    • RSVP by Tuesday, September 12.

    • Lead Teachers will share the google meet links via email before back to school night.

  • Park Day Social | Saturday, September 23

    • Event will take place at Happy Hall @ San Bruno. Time to be announced.

    • RSVP will be sent out as event approaches.

    • Driveway parking will be limited. Plan ahead to locate neighborhood parking.

  • Minimum Day | Friday, October 6

    • All children, including extended day families must be picked up by 1:00 PM.

  • Class Pictures | Monday, October 9 to Friday, October 13

    • Students must arrive before 9:00 AM, dressed in clothing you would like them to be photographed in.

    • Photo purchase options will be available two weeks prior to photos sessions.

  • HAPPY HALL-oween Trick or Treat | Friday, October 27

    • Families can Trick or Teat between 3:00 and 4:00 PM.

    • Mapping and further details announced closer to event date.

    • Parents/Guardians must accompany children to participate.

    • Please plan ahead to pick up before the event time to ensure time to enjoy.

Health & Safety Reminders

  • Staff are unable to release children without authorization in 1Core. Please ensure the names entered under authorized contacts are spelled correctly and match the authorized person government issued ID.

  • Please use the 1CORE Family App to mark you child absent if they will not attend. Use the 'Record Absence' feature.

  • If your child will be absent for multiple days, please communicate with the school.

  • Please refer to the Illness Guidelines in the Family Handbook for details about when your child may return to school after an illness.

  • We are a Nut Aware Center. Items with nuts and tree nuts are not permitted on campus.

  • Water Bottles must contain water (no juice or soda).
